An assembly of four components

KLOW 80 is not a single molecule but a blend bringing together four distinct peptides — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV — for a total of 80 mg.

Each is a compound studied separately in the literature. Putting several compounds in one vial does not, in itself, create a demonstrated effect: this page describes what each component is, not what the blend would do.

The four components

GHK-Cu — copper tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys), naturally present in plasma.

BPC-157 — pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a protein in gastric juice.

TB-500 — a seven-amino-acid fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) of thymosin β4.

KPV — tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val), the C-terminal fragment of α-MSH.
